BUT I have long realized that...no one is worse than 95% of young black males behind the wheel. They don't give a damn whether their light is red, whether there's a stop sign, whether they're blocking the road because they want to talk to their friends, etc. If one of them hits you, it's a sure bet he'll be gone seconds. If he hits someone else, brace yourself that first few seconds, because you might be next. If you manage to memorize the license plate, the other sure bet you'll get nowhere.
Glad I don't live in Milwaukee anymore. Less of them driving here in California....due to stricter laws, I think.
