Hmm you think white women look old is due to their lifestyle? Koreans have awful lifestyle with insane work hours and endless soju drinking, and partying your face off.

Asian Americans have similar lifestyle as 'white women' in US. Not sure if I agree.

I was shocked to learn Brie Larson (Kong Skull Island) was barely 27 when she looked 40. Look at those crow's feet connecting to her chin wrinkles.

My wife at 30, no photoshop - just color correction.

White women looking old fast is not even an opinion. It's almost a meme that lots of folks acknowledge online. Kind of like "blacks don't crack" and asians having smaller penis.

Cherry picking is not a good means to make a point.
And i get the sense that you have a grudge or something.
Strange.

Your young lady looks very cute though.. Great smile and very attractive.

But i still think that on average lifestyle is the deciding factor for aging.
On average more than genetics alone.
Also, there is one thing that should stand out, how much sun exposure.
I notice a lot of the younger looking asian women tend to avoid (excessive) sun tanning .
Which makes sense.
And of course the saying : You are what you eat, is really true.

Personally, i do not see wrinkles purely as something of old age, when someone laughs a lot. That person also get wrinkles when smiling. When you have an expressionless face, you look younger. That makes sense of course. Botox is based on that.

The doors. Do you close them ... gently?

( There was thread not long ago that claimed Asians were more polite when closing doors. )

Huh what grudge I love white women <3. I didnt hold any grudge about Asian penis size here. I stated common findings plainly about white women aging faster physically. No need to take it personally.

Do you think your people have small penises because they are short, or they are short because they have small penises?

Do not worry, i do not take anything personal. As an example, often when i see a clip of a US talkshow with female teenagers, some look very old. Part is of the clothing style, lighting and make up. But part is something else.
As mentioned, i find Lee Mi Sook very attractive but she was also married to a plastic surgeon. Also, everywhere on the internet there are extreme examples (also about penis sizes), but are they outliers or a trend ?
And i mentioned diet. A low calory diet but healthy and sufficient has been known to reduce the aging process in at least mammals.
The asians that are now gorging themselves on fat fastfood with lots of corn syrup sodas will not age as well as people on a more healthy diet. Ignoring the fact that a face with lot of fat tissue can seem much younger to other people because of less folds and wrinkles. Wrinkles and folds mean nothing when there is still a lot of life energy (A lively spirit).

And, overconsumption of sugar or carbohydrate derivatives ages fast.

Thanks for elaborating. I can see your take. Asians love carb too though (rice, noodles, and bread)

That is true, but while not counting the ocassional thyroid sufferer, Asians do seem a lot slimmer. Consuming less carbohydrates or processed foods in general i guess.
Although the obesity seems to be rising everywhere in Asia as well. Less acitivity, More consumption of high amount of carbohydrates in processed foods.

Are you going to watch "Crazy Rich Asians" in the theaters? I wasn't going to, but this excellent PR piece convinced me otherwise. I must support my brethren.

Read the book(s) too, I heard they were good (gf currently has a copy but she's still reading it)

Then I'll watch the movies since when was the last time there was a movie based around Asians that wasn't some war movie or based off anime/books

It's true. We blue eyed folk are traditionally pretty wary of The Burn, but I and others are working to change this. See Carolina Reaper, Pepper X, etc. I can go up the scale to about Trinidad Scorpion before I tap out. Never came across anything Korean that I couldn't handle with a little help from my buddy Hite.

Maybe it's my fault, my knowledge of the language/hangul is rudimentary. I'm not talking about a plate of wriggling tentacles, I'm talking about that whole 'wrap the entire animal around your chop sticks, try to get it all down in one go' situation. Trying to eat something both alive and renowned for muscular tenacity is, IMO, requiring a bit more gumption than your standard bowl of duk. I think if it were easy people wouldn't have died from it in the past. For the record I don't have a problem with octopus, I have eaten it cooked and raw. It's the non-tentacle portions I take issue with. But I looooove jjajangmyeong. I feel like that's weird.
Anyway, sounds like an awesome trip, I'm quite literally contemplating something similar now. Might have to wait until after I take fam to Scotland, might not involve Busan, but it will be Korea. Been too long since I had a cuisine pilgrimage.
Oh, you were talking the whole live octopus. That's too dangerous and something I won't do. I don't need to prove anything. I enjoy eating and not choking to death.
I booked a hotel in Nampodong area of Busan, less than 10 minute walk to Jagalchi market. Jagalchi market is Korea's largest fish and seafood market. So I should be in food coma during my 5 day food trip.

Hahahaha love the how you change the l to an r and not me.
Which is strange considering asians CAN pronounce the L but not the R. Lee as a last name is common, and pronounced Lay in Cantonese, for instance.

As an Asian American, do you feel more or less the same as any other American, or, do you feel "different" because of bad behavior of other Americans, or, perhaps due to the way your parents raised you being different from what maybe was the "norm" for your area?

I wouldn't mind answering this one. I love being asian american. I feel privileged. We get the positive stereotypes like being hard-working, smart, and honest (has worked to my advantage) while also getting everything whites do. Plus we know where to get some good foods other ethnicities rarely try. The only negative (that comes to mind) was in grade school where we got teased but who really remembers that as a functioning adult?

How do you feel about Asians who surgically have their eye lids modified to look more "American" or round eyed if you will?

This is mostly a Korean thing. They certainly look better, but LOL @ their kids after being born. Are they going to do it too?

Does anyone eat century eggs or do the old people make them just to fret the youngsters.

I used to eat them all the time with ramen before realizing it wasn't a normal thing. I would still eat them but not by itself as it does look a bit gnarly (like sucking snails out of their shell). It comes as a part of some congee soups and I don't mind them at all.
