What was the other one?

One of the flaws was the magnetic detonator. The problem with it was it didn't account for the fact that the earth magnetic field isn't uniform across the entire earth. So most of the time it detonated too soon or not at all.

The second flaw was the cap on the front of the torpedo was too close to the physical detonator. So when it hit a target the cap tended to crush the denator causing it to never explode.
