Asking a girl to Junior Prom

I finally decided who I am going to ask to the Junior Prom at my high school, and I want to ask her in a memorable way. I decided that I would go to her locker, transfer everything out of it, and fill it COMPLETLEY with Hershey's Kisses. Then, when she opens it, and they fall everywhere, I will come up to her with a rose and ask her to prom.

Now, my question is this: How do I fill the locker up with the kisses?

The locker is about 1'wide, 1'deep, and 2.5'tall. It has a door hinged from the right side, and there is about a 1/2" lip all the way around the door.

My idea as of now, is to open the door up, place a piece of cardboard over the entire opening, leaving some room at the top. I would then close the door as far as it could go, and proceed to fill up the locker. Then I would pull the cardboard out slowly, pushing on the door, trying to keep everything in the locker.

What do you guys/gals think about this? Can anyone think of any other methods that might be more fool-proof then what i just came up with?

Nothing against you man, but that just sounds CREEPY. Better off either asking her normallyor not going at all. I'm probably not the best person to ask about this, though, as I've never had a girl.

TheEvil1: It's not that I couldn't just ask her, but I really want to make it memorable for her. A few of my friends have done similar things, and it had a good effect for them.

notfred: Well, I am going to get her locker combination from one of her friends, so that won't be a problem.

Dragon365: I recently found out that she liked me, so that is why I'm doing all this in the first place. I know that she likes me already...so I don't think it would creep her out....

schizoid: I would think that she would be happy for everyone around her to see it, because she would be happy that other people know that someone cares about her....right? And I doubt she would have to pick them up; a bunch of kids will prolly take them or something.

I'd have to go with TheEvil1. Just ask her. Your sentiments are "cute" but probably overdone. You may even "turn her off" for violating her locker space. Still go with the rose idea, but don't be so theatrical.

Now, filling up someone's locker with something using this method would certainly work, but more as a prank or practical joke. IMHO. Good luck!

LoL nice idea, but i think a little too much just for jr prom. Howbout just asking her. I think it would be embarassing for her to have all them fall...plus if she says no she mite tell on u for breaking into her locker lol.

cute, if you're reasonable sure she'll accept. Otherwise, well, she got chocolate out of the deal, she can't complain. If the cardboard piece is big enough to hold in the kisses but not big enough to fit tightly into the locker, it would just fall out when she opens it, right? You could just leave it there.

Also, how much does 2.5 cubic feet of hershey's kisses cost? At $1/bag, for those normal sized bags, I'd guess you'd py at least $50 to fill that thing up.
