ordered 2, i dont think they are "new pulls" mine both had dust on them, maybe they have been sitting in the open for awhile? But they are not new looking, the dust is not the "blow it off" type but the "been on here a long time" type. Concerned me a bit but both posted, and both mildly OC'ed for me. Both passed 24 of Prime. For the price I feel i got a good deal.. hit the for sale trade here and pick up an OK processer for $50-100 and you got a pretty decent cheap upgrade IMHO.
