From another thead Lord Banshee was having some unexpected and low performance results. It seems he finally narrowed it down to his modded 6800NU. I was wondering if anyone else has some light to shed on this issue, because I'm in the same boat, I have a modded eVGA 6800NU with 16 pipes unlocked. In fact it has a GT BIOS on it or something (there was a long and popular thread on AT on this last year).
Basically, how and why would a modified video card have unexpected or poorer results on a new mobo/cpu than if it were running stock settings? Does anyone know the best way I could revert to the stock BIOS if I had to?
"Well guys i FIXED!! my problem
It was casue by me.. The problem was, this motherboard did not like my modded 6800NU bios, werid, i forgot all about it. So i put the stock on back on and it worked lol.. "
