No! Its 1.65V. You want 1.5V or 1.35V. 1.65V is overvoltage and outside JEDEC spec. Plus you void CPU warranty by running above 1.575V.

Well could you help me out then choosing the right one? I can get pretty much any memory expect G.Skill and & Samsung ones.
EDIT: I mean does it matter? I have seen so many people buying this exact same memory.

Okay hello there guys once again so friend was over here and we found out that the memory is just fine I tried it on his pc and it was working flawless. The problem is that we have tried running the whole pc with DVI connected in and PSU and it was giving same error again and again even after we connected USB. The error code was 9A from the manual it means "0x9A USB initialization is started " well as I said even after connecting the USB it was the same error as I'm really desperate right now the only thing that come up in my mind is to give it back to the E-shop where I bought it and get a new one. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
n00pe.

Did you plug in any internal USB connectors? If so remove them and try again. Else maybe time to RMA the board.

Yes it had two bent pins on the motherboard and I'm gonna return it as DoA with the 3570k as well and tell them to try it out and eventually send me a new one. Also I've just made a topic on reddit asked if I really need an 8-pin cpu power connector if I only have 4-pin from my PSU and they keep saying I need full 8-pin or two 4-pins. I've read many and many forums and all I can see is that people say that 4-pin to run is enough.

You should have just straightened those 2 pins out. I had about 10 bent pins on an ECS 1155 board. I just bent them back and it was as good as new. Doubt any company will accept an RMA for bent pins. gl

I keep getting some 9A error which by the manual stands for "USB initialization is started" which I've no clue what does it mean I've tried literally everything if there is anyone who knows how to fix or or have a solution it would be highly appreciated as I still got the motherboard at my house.

You don't list your cpu, your video card, your operating system, etc., so why don't you list all your 'stuff'.

I listed my gpu and why would an operating system matter may I know? Also I send the motherboard back to get a new one. FYI I'm running at i5 3570k and 8 gigs of corsair low profile ram.

What do you have plugged into USB ?

You might try unplugging all and see what happens..

Yeah mate I tried that several times both running with and without even with minimal hardware connected (cpu, ram and hdd) without success unfortunately. First time booting up the pc I made a mistake by connecting the mouse (Logitech G400 and I've tried even Razer Abyssus and Cyborg R.A.T 7) to the USB 3.0 port which would be normal getting an error but still even after complete reset of CMOS and mouse plugged to USB 2.0 I was getting same error (even without the mouse as I said earlier).
