tuan121,
That is weird, I just noticed noticed that you can't find the Asus A7N266-C with LAN.
I also noted that it is out of stock at New Egg.
I wouldn't jump so quicly on the Asus bandwagon because of the problems you heard about the Abit NV7-133R
Most people have cleared up the problems (downloaded new USB 2 drivers, a BIOS update to fix the temp reading issue) execpt for the below normal memory scores. All signs point to it being a BIOS issue (memory worked fine in the techard review). Now, it is a little strange tha t the ABit.com.tw site has been down all weekend, but mabye they are scrambling to fix the BIOS problmes.
The Abit board certainly has cooler (and useful) features than the Asus (including LAN, ATA 133 RAID, USB 2, P4 12V power connection, optical toslink in and out, etc.). You might want to wait a little longer (a week) to see how things work out. Don't forget, a few people are just receiving the first boards (not widely distribuited yet) now.
I was looking to buy the NV7-133R as well and am waiting for things to get smoothed out a little. I haven't given up because of a few initial difficulties.
