Asus A7V133 RAID 0 problems

I?ve been trying to setup my Asus A7V133 to a RAID 0 configuration but with no luck yet. Here is what I?ve done so far:

Installed (2) Maxtor IDE drive ? both the same models (40.9GB, 7200 RPM, ATA 100)
Hooked up a single Ultra 100 cable to each drive separately to the Primary and Secondary ATA100 slots.
Moved the jumpers from ATA100 to RAID 0.


When I run the Fast Track program it only recognizes one drive in the array. I?ve flashed the mainboard BIOS and check the hookups on both drives. It looks good to me but I am still not having any luck.

I believe it should only recognize the 2 drives as one drive. Double check the size -- it probably says 80+ gigabytes.
