Good news is that I am priming my 170 @ 2.6ghz where before I was getting instant prime errors at the same settings.

Opteron 165 has a max multiplier of 9x, 170 is 10x, etc.

I have the board since yestarday and face same problem with voltage - my tops at 1.35v with or without overvoltage cpuz shows 1.35v so on levels CPU was working flalesly befor on A8N SLI Delux now superPI gives "NOT exact in round"
can some one help me to increase to 1.4 - 1.45v in order to gain stability
PSU is OK as it is Fortron 700W

Dont rely on CPU-Z, it does not seem to detect voltages correctly. Try using ASUS Probe or SpeedFan which both seem to do a better job than CPU-Z at this point.

You are right. they both show 1.4-1.42v , but obviosley it is not enough
