Question ASUS B650E-E Nvme M2 SSD support?

Hello everyone. I am using ASUS B650E-E motherboard. There are a total of 4 M2 slots on this motherboard.
And I use them all.

This motherboard is structured as follows.

M2_1 PCIe 5.0 (Cpu Line)
M2_2 PCIe 4.0 (Cpu Line)
M2_3 Pcie 5.0 (Cpu Line) (If M2 is inserted into this slot, the GPU PCIE X16 bus drops to X8.)
M2_4 Pice 4.0 (This slot comes from the chipset)

Apart from these, there are 3 PCIE slots.
PCIEX16_1 (X16 Speed Gen 5.0)
PCIEX16_2 (X4 Speed Gen 5.0)
PCIEX16_3 (X4 Speed Gen 4.0)

Now my question is;
While 4 M2 slots are occupied, will there be a problem if I add one more M2 to the last PCIEX16_3 slot? Does it affect my work speed?
Will I have a problem with PCIE Lines?

When I look at the Hyper M2 configuration in this link, I see that it can work.
If anyone has any knowledge and advice, I would be very happy.

You should be able to install an x4 nvme drive into both the second and third pcie slots. The second slot splits x8 from the first slot, and that x8 lanes is where the third m.2 slot gets its lanes leaving it with x4.

The third pcie slot is chipset driven, and unaffected by m.2 population.
