its pretty steap as the abit Se6 is much cheaper
yet asus is a more better brand

The SE6 cost $165 the week it first came out, from www.atacom.com. Of course, mine's a dud and going back to be replaced, but that's a different story.

I ordered a CUSL2 from www.bigfootcomputers.com , in Canada. I'm not exactly patient.

I have plans for the RMAed Abit. It'll make a nice board for a relative, if the replacement proves stable. The person getting it doesn't need heavy duty graphics or audio.

I want the Asus as the majority of my boxes are Asus based, and the damm things don't die. They're also extremely stable, I find.

tccomputers wasn't that bad, i ordered a inwin case from them over a year ago & it got delivered with no problems besides the fact the box was a little dusty. iwang5 has a face just like mines.. we both have our left eye bigger than the right, the only difference is he looks sad with bigger eyes while i look sick with my skin color.

Roughly $175 for the actual motherboard. It gets closer to $190 when you add shipping and taxes (there are taxes on international orders, right?).

Ordering from Canada, Asia or Europe is probably the only way to get it before the 3rd.

There was no tax on my order. Just the board price and shipping.

It shipped the 14th. It's the 18th now... I hope to have it by the end of the week. I hope to return the SE6 by then, too (RMA process takes a while...).

As an aside, it is the SE6 with the problem. The CPU's in an Iwill Slocket II right now, doing 806 on a 124 FSB in my P3B-F, and has been up for the past 8 hours or so. The RAM's in a Soyo 6BA+ rev III with a PII-266, and it's been running Diablo for the past five days.

I called upgradesource.com and they said they will get it the middle of August. Then I found it and preordered it from Atacom.com for $169.99. They say ETA July21.
