Asus P5B deluxe/ core 2 duo 6400 will not boot! HELP

asus p5b deluxe w/ wifi
raptor 150
core 2 duo e6400
x1900xt
ocz powerstream 600w
2gb of g.skill ddr2

Wouldn't boot and I thought I had it narrowed down to an outdated bios from the conversation I had with asus tech support...

So today I swaped out a socket 775 p4 from another computer in order to get this running so I could flash the bios, but it will not boot with this processor either.

any help would be great... im stuck.

by the way when i say it wont boot, everything turns on, the fans spin, but there are no beeps or any signal to the monitor.

yeah it was the ram... it didnt like the g.skill. runs fine on some other stuff

I was going to get the G.SKILL ram for my non deluxe P5B mobo. Let me know which ram you get. I ordered my Cosair 2GB from best buy the other day.
