Asus P5B Deluxe/Wi-Fi-AP No Post/Boot after Bios flash

I just tonight finally got my E6600 processor in from Tiger Direct and was setting up my system. During the boot up process, I kept getting a wierd error about a uCode for the CPU prompting me to hit F1 to proceed. Anyways I set everything up, installed an OS, installed all the MB drivers, installed the BIOS flash utility, downloaded the latest BIOS (0507) from the Asus site and flashed it, hoping to get the silly little CPU message to go away. The flash seemed to go fine, and when it was finished I was prompted to reboot, which I did. Windows shut down and despite my best efforts (trying to use the USB drive Bios flashing feature of the board, clearing the CMOS, etc.) I have yet to see the computer output anything to my monitor since. Here are the specs of what I am trying to get to boot-

ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP (Hopefully my problem doesn't have to do with a screwed up bios)
Intel E6600 Core 2 Duo
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Unbuffered DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Retail (RAM seems suspect since the bios changed the way the system sees it)
EVGA 7950GX2 (I would say this is the problem except that it worked on an earlier bios)
Anted NeoHE 500W (shouldn't be a power issue)

I may run to Fry's tomorrow and snag a 512 stick of cheap DDR2 and a $40 graphics card to see if I can get it to at least post. If anyone who has built more systems than me (this is only my 2nd) has any nifty ideas, I am all ears. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just for everyone's benifit, it was a RAM issue. I got home from work today, unplugged the RAM, cycled the compy on and off a couple of times (got a blinking cursor - progress!), installed one of the dimms back into the machine, got it to boot to OS in single-channel mode, then took a risk and plugged the second dimm into the other channel, and must have knocked out a gremlin somewhere along the way because the compy started working. Even got it to run a game, and man how much difference a Core 2 Duo and 7950GX2 make compared to my Pentium M with ATI 9200 Mobile (32MB Vid RAM) laptop. I'm still going to replace the G.Skill ram I got with some Corsair 6400C4 - I just have a better feeling about Corsair with an Asus board - but the compy is currently a working, breathing macine. Also, the bios update did get rid of the silly little uCode error message during start-up. Hope my experience helps someone.
