Seems to be a good board to me. I have it running an e7200 at 333FSB and 8GB of mismatched RAM on Vista64. The only major problems i've had are with Vista and AMDs drivers. BIOS is nice. Express Gate seems like it would be a nice feature if i used it, but i don't (Vista uptime from sleep is less than starting the computer up again to express gate). Matrix RAID is a nice feature. RAID performance isn't the best but it's better than a single drive.

I'd get this board again for another build. P45, as stated elsewhere, doesn't seem to be much of an improvement over P35, but it had the features i was looking for ...so, to each their own.

I've been looking at this board, and the Foxconn P45A-S, for about 3 weeks as I gave up my Foxconn P35A rig to my 3rd yr college son who needed an upgrade from the HP crap I bought off the shelf at CC 2 yrs ago.

I almost bought an open box P5Q Pro at Newegg, but I think that this has more value. Even though OEM, the HD still has a 5 year (I went with Seagate for 5 clams more) warranty. So all -in-all, this is a good option for me.
