Asus P8P67 - change in warranty?

I jumped on this back in January when I purchased this MB and an i5-2500k from Microcenter. I finally have some time to exchange my motherboard, and I was noticing something on the Microcenter web site.

Somebody please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this the new revision of my MB:

The specs look identical, but Microcenter lists a 1 year warranty, versus the 3 year warranty that come with the initial MB. Can anyone with an R3 board confirm that the warranty is only for 1 year? I don't want to deal with any issues down the road, but I'm also not 100% sure I want to exchange my board for one with almost 2 years less on the warranty. Is Microcenter's web site wrong, or did they really cut the warranty?

If you're having not problems with the one that you have right now, go ahead and keep it.

I've noticed that between my non-B3 board and my two B3 boards, the voltages required to achieve overclocks are substantially higher on the B3 boards.

Used to get 4.5 Ghz at 1.284V on my non-B3 P67 UD3 . Takes 1.30 just to get to 4.2 Ghz on my B3 boards. At 4.5 Ghz, I have to be at 1.356 or something similar.

Plus, you get the added bonus of not having to tear down your computer.

That's gotta be a typo on MicroCenter's part. According to ASUS, motherboards have either a 3 or 5 year warranty, depending on the board.
Even NewEgg shows a 3 year warranty for that one.

I wondered if that might be the case. I was tempted to keep my MB, but I'm using almost all of the SATA ports. I don't want to have to deal with a warranty replacement down the road as I'm sure it will happen at the least convenient time possible.

I just replaced mine today because of that. I'd rather swap it now when I have the time. Only took about 90 minutes in total.

I disagree with the poster about the overclocks. I used exactly the same settings with the same results (4.4 at 1.295v)

Really? Guess I just fail at the mobo lottery then.

Tried two separate B3 mobos, a Gigabyte P67 UD3 and an ASUS P8P67 Pro, and both of them volted up to ~1.35 when I tried to achieve the old 4.5 Ghz overclock.

If I tried manually reducing the voltage in the BIOS to my previous settings, then well...blue screens of death abounded.
