Question Asus prime X570-PRO stuck on BIOS

So i have this asus prime x570 pro board thats stuck on the following screen. I have followed instructions as per screen. Boot dvd, usb drive . Nothing seems ro work. Either i get this image or it board goes to blank screen. I get the single beep but no display. What are my options now.

Hi, which bios was there on the board and which bios on usb drive . Also try to use a ps/2 keyboard. And insert the usb key with bios in the usb slot below the ps/2 port

I dunno which version of bios installed on default. I just unpacked it. I have Version 3603 on my usb.
I don't think i could find a keyboard with ps/2 connection. I have to use my keyboard but it's not working bcs it stucked. I just see that some people recommending to use 1.2v memory for ryzen cpu and motherboards.

Try other bios versions like OP did maybe one will work for you. 1.2V mem is the DDR4 default voltage.

My rams are all 1.35v and trying with just one for now. It passed bios for few times yesterday but not working now.
I'm just curious about that how can i go bios for update when it stucked on the logo screen?

1.35V is fine too, it's what most of the overclocked modules run at. You have to do the method described earlier in the thread if you can't get into the bios.

I don't plug any ssd or hdd or m2. Still not loading. If i could pass the bios again i could update it but it still stucking on logo screen.

I feel terrible and hopeless.

Keep only 1 stick ram in 2nd slot (B2), attach only keyboard to usb slot below the ps 2 port. Power on system. Afterwards insert USB.

Also watch led light sequence. If possible make a video and upload on youtube

Dram and boot lights are on. Cpu and vga leds are off and never seen them turned on. If i could reach bios again everything will be great but its not going on. Still trying...

Try powering down, disconnect all USB’s, attach PS2 keyboard. Reset EEPROM/BIOS, unplug 1 minute, power up. You should be able to use PS2 keyboard to enter BIOS.

It turns out my m.2 ssd was causing it to hang. I removed it and booted with no drive and it got into bios. Then I flashed an updated bios for the prime x570 and then reinserted my m.2 ssd.It found the drive and it had no boot sector for my main partition. I used windows recovery partition and it reinstalled, and was able to keep my user folder. All software had to be reinstalled though tutuapp discordguides
