So far the EK-AIO Elite 360 D-RGB with a push-pull configuration seem to handle the temps of a 7950x using real world applications. It stays in the range of 37C-75C. If gaming will really keep the CPU in the 95C range, I'll might consider a custom loop using the upcoming EK-Quantum Velocity²...
