I know it doesn't count, but I bought a spin bike a month ago and use it anywhere from 25-40 minutes a day while watching a documentary or something equally interesting. I'm getting good results so far; weight loss, stronger legs, better VO2 capacity, etc.
Awesome. I like it so far. It does take your butt getting used to. Very strange feeling the first few weeks.Spin bikes count. From the first entry in this thread;
"Log any/all miles you bike (training, competing, commuting, fitness, etc.) rounded to the nearest mile. No number too small. For those of you like me who do indoor training on a stationary bike in the off-season, feel free to log those miles too."
Glad to see you are logging the miles now.Haven't updated this in at least 4 years. We could be 32,000 miles further along!
