I came here to request the AT effect and saw another business applying for the very same grant. Luckily there are 12 of them so you can vote again without feeling torn.
We're applying for the Chase/Living Social Small Business $250,000 grant. I'm not a big fan of government grants but since it's from the private sector me and my 3 brothers would love to have a shot at it. Our company started as a printing shop/mail order catalog/party sales company that my grandpa started in 1922. We were recognized as America's Oldest Party store a few years ago.
Anyway, now me and my three brothers run it. We closed our only retail location (I said oldest, not the biggest) about 3 years ago and went all online. Anyway, we're trying to grow the business (and starting to have some success after all these years) and it would be awesome if we could get enough votes to be eligible.
