its not my phone, but my g/f's mothers, but its easier to say that in the title
well first of all she has my g/f's old phone which barely can hold a battery life of 30 minutes talking, all she uses it for are short conversations...
anyway, they charged $47 dollars on a couple hour long phone calls, that she didnt make
now AT&T customer service and the manager refuse to do anything about it, saying they have no power over the bill and cant make adjustments.
She has been with them for years now and this is the last bill with AT&T before the contract is up, now she obviously is going to change companies rather then stay with them
The only thing they kept saying was. maybe we can get her a plan that includes more minutes if you sign up for more years
anyone have problems with AT&T before or suggestions on how to deal with them? Im only used to dealing with Sprint
