I've updated the nameservers but email (imap or pop3 and web-based) ae a no go. I've tried emailing but I've gotten no response. Do the email account settings need to be changed?

Is someone able to help me please?
I hadn't changed the nameserver details as I was scared of my site not working and now it seems the previous server one is down?
I hadn't backed up any databases or email stuff and this is the worse possible day for the site to have gone down as it is the day after Best Breast Ball (fundraising for cancer research) which is what the site is about ( www.bestbreastball.org )
If I go to my registrar and change the DNS details to the new ones as required, will my site work or do I have to set it all up again with new databases and stuff or have all the old files been transferred across by dartworth and co?
I'm upset with myself for not changing it last week, but I was worried of it not working and alas that is what I have now got.

Please help.


PS. I have sent emails to dartworth at ATOTchat but he must be busy.

I'm using the ns1 & ns2 nameservers but seem to be unable to access my domain (http://x04d.com). Is this just a known issue, or is there something I should be aware of?

Hiya. I never did find out how to update the name servers and I can't see/use any of my uploaded files. Would appreciate it if someone could help me do this, I can also pm you my account name if you want.

You'll have to go wherever you registered the domain. Was it GoDaddy.com or Namecheap? Or a different one?
