So what actions will we have to take for continued hosting?

You should be back up. There an issue with how the VPS was allocated memory and the sql server had to be restarted. You don't have to do anything special to keep the hosting active and if there's anything you need to know you'll be emailed well in advance.

Guys, if you're having any issues please send me an email to eric.kofman@telnap.com and I'll get it corrected ASAP. I've been traveling a lot lately and internet connectivity is spotty at best. I can deal with almost everything from my blackberry.

If you're having issues with your domain resolving, I sent out this email yesterday:

Hey Guys,
We're having a few issues updating the current nameservers which may result in a couple of sites appearing to be down. Can you please your domain information as soon as possible to the two following nameservers:

dns3.hostingthing.us - 72.249.17.11
dns4.hostingthing.us - 72.249.17.12

What sucks is I was told to expect one of my presents in e-mail.
