You know. It's weird. I get this all of the time IRL except that there, people just assume I'm gay rather than female. I was raised by 2 women (related, not gay), so I do tend to have a lot of feminine . . . not characteristics exactly but behaviors and mannerisms that you wouldn't expect to see from a man. Understand, that I'm not talking gay characteristics, but female. There's a difference. For example, I tend to say things like 'oh dear' or 'oh my.' You're probably thinking those wrds with a gay "accent" but that would be inaccurate. Think Paul McCartney or Van Morrison.
Then there's my taste in jewelry. The bracelet and watch are masculine - maybe a bit over the top in that regard. But the rings definitely feminine.
Of course you couldn't have known any of this so it's interesting that these traits come across even in plain text.
