I also think the girl is a little psycho. While I do have a stuffed animal on my bed, I frequently throw it off because I still sleep on a twin bed and I want my space, but she will actually yell at me for not taking care of it.

my boyfriend gave me a stuffed animal on Valentine's Day. I still have one of my stuffed animals. It is my teddy bear that has been through the wash, burned on a radiator, eaten by a vacuum and is missing an eye (button fixed that). It just sits in the corner of my closet on top of my comic book collection. I predict it will still be there when I move/die.

I do not interact with it at any level however, except to put it back in its position should I happen to nudge something near it.

I still have 2 stuffed animals, I got one when I was 3, and it was my main 'stuffed friend' growing up. another that I got when I was 6. the rest are all gone.

I still have them, one sits in my office with a kirby as link plushie.

I certainly dont play with them. 'he' just sits there.

stuffed animals are supposed to be fun and thrown around and should never be a point of seriousness. my 10 month old daughter loves her stuffed animals and we play with them ever day.

Although I can understand from the serious POV if there is a specific sentimental attachment to one of them. I kept one stuffed animal from my childhood and it's in a box in my basement, but it was something my grandmother gave me before she passed away.
