Actually I had no idea you played anything other than wow. And that risk goes for every activity not just wow.
Of course, you always have to rely on other people in life to live up to the role that they're in or the expectations that you've put on them. The one thing is that WoW, as odd as it sounds, is largely a single player game while leveling. You don't have to group about 99% of the time and this really shows when some people have to group.
I've always said that WoW needs to change in some manner to try to make people
want to group and hopefully learn how to play together properly. The problem with this is that it would honestly make WoW less appealing or it simply wouldn't help. For example, if they just removed the group experience penalty, people would probably group up just to nuke mobs but there still wouldn't be any co-operative action similar to dungeons/raids. If the game was more like Final Fantasy XI where you
had to group to do anything past level 5, well... I bet WoW would not have nearly the subscriber base that it does have.
I'm waiting for the day when I can clone myself 9 times so I can just raid with myself .
EDIT:
Got my new new mouse. This time a razer imperator. Decently smaller than the logitech, but still larger than the older razer ambidextrous ones. I'll probably keep this one, but I don't know why they think they have to keep making these big mice designed to strap your entire hand in it. I like being able to just flick the end of my fingers for movement and while much better, this one still isn't that good for this.
Big mice are designed for your entire hand to cup it while moving. My Logitech G700 is like this. It makes me wonder if you'd prefer the "claw" type of mice.
