What should I level to 60 and boost? A lock or a priest?

I completely forgot I had an 85 shaman and paladin as well. I forgot that they were pretty geared out from DS too. I kind of just want to boost my 85 Shaman and get skin/leather maxed out lol.

I wish i could boost another character to boost my soon to be 60 paladin with a prof, i would pick any 60 with a worthwhile profession

Think I had three to 80 and a couple others in PVP, just don't these days I guess.

I have a 600 Enchant, JC, Mine, Inscript, and I think tailor not to sure.

Is it still weird to have leatherworking or blacksmithing on a clothie?

Not sure how they work now since i haven't gotten much into them but the grind is long to get to 600 on the crafts, gathering is something else since you make a lot of gold in the process

Argh what am I thinking. I logged back in on Sunday for the first time since shortly after the last xpac was released. Rolled an Orc Monk and am now sitting level 23 ready to play more after work.

Must develop countermeasures to not get fully sucked into the matrix again.

Been doing a bunch of old raiding to finish up a couple achievements, but mostly for pet and mount collecting. The first week was good, got 2 of 3 pets in the first several raids, but since then its been fubar with craptastic drop rates.

Need to hit up gundarak for the red proto drake but going to need 4 others as its a stupid full party achievement.

Seems to alleviate the need to have any discussion about time continuity, they've decided to just totally screw with the draenor we're going to like having Garrosh never being born. Kinda a lazy crappy way and a good bit different from when they initially said everything was the same with Garry showing up just before the drinking to stop them.



Also read through a lengthy thread talking about ESO and Wildstar. Seems both are or about to be tanking for different reasons. Consensus seems to be that ESO was buggy at launch, hasn't improved much and has not managed to turn into a fun version of multiplayer Skyrim. Wildstar is fun to level up but many of the group aspects to form of the difficult and long since abandoned parts of vanilla and BC wow.

Hit 85 on my hunter yesterday, started playing it at 80 from back when they gave away cata for free with the scroll of resurrection, i should have played this guy earlier, i'm finding it more fun that the warlock i boosted and the paladin i've been leveling, it was also the first class i played in wow.
Took me just a couple of days to get to 85, hoping 85-90 will be fast since i want to complete my old sets, gonna be rocking the Longbow of the Ancient Keepers forever , it's a shame we don't have class quests like that anymore, it was challenging and very fun to get that bow back in vanilla

Can someone in the beta check the heirloom vendors in dalaran. Wonder if the rep tokens will actually be able to be bought with gold with the removal of jp/vp or if they removed them all together.

im totally stuck at all 4/4 upgraded 528 gear or better due to tailoring (except cloak its still a 522), my guild sucks and finding a group for better gear to do a 10 man is a pain in the ass. doing LFR is a waste of time since you can farm LFD 5 man's and get a lot more valor points.

yea to much "the wise panda" blabbering.

leveling has turned from an adventure into a race. i really dont like that and yes i liked running round on foot to do quest at the lower levels, it made you explore the area and you lived in that area for a long time.

they should remove the golden ? from the quest givers and make you hunt them down like in the old days. bhhahahahah

captial cities should be no fly zones and they need to fix the BS bug on how to get to Silvermoon city, how long has that been an issue? 5 years?

Speaking of old issue... Last night fighting Heroic Malkorok, I absolutely rely on blink to get me where I need to go on that fight. I'll face a puddle, blink to it at the last second to get there. Because I rely on it, the raid does. Missing one puddle can easily cause a wipe.

Last night, the blink bug was biting me hard. Sorry, there's a small piece of wood on the ground here 5' in front of you, I know you wanted to go much farther but not this time. Also, there's an orb here for you to eat instead of that puddle. Good luck surviving the orb+puddle explosion.

That doesn't take into account the blink that DC'd me, or the blink that sent me under the floor to fall through the world (fortunately during trash).

All in 4 hours of game play.

Funniest thing about silvermoon is when one of the devs recently compared them not putting the effort into making detailed hubs in WoD with how good silvermoon looks but no one is ever there. It sure as hell couldn't have anything to do with it also being the only capital location you can't fly in and still have to go though annoying ass portals to traverse.

Last Friday, my pug has killed heroic Nazgrim for the first time. Twelve weeks of one night per week, with 25 strangers. Most of them come back every week. But it's not a guild. Just a pug. Now Sunday for the first time we played a second night in the week. Spent 3 hours on heroic Mal'korok. That fight is gonna require a little more effort.

Outhouse, check out a website called OpenRaid.org. Loads and loads of people organizing raids. All cross-realm nowadays. From flex to heroic. Raiding and challenge modes. Old raids for achievements. There must be something to your liking. If you are all 528 gear, with crafted legs and belt (and legendary cloak, I hope), then I'm sure there will be several groups that will take you on Flex runs. If you enjoyed the pug, see if they raid every week. Sign up with them again. Often RaidLeaders prefer regulars over new people. If you didn't like the raid, find another group next week.

I'm doing heroic raiding with a pug from OpenRaid.org. We started with flex. Went to normal. And now we've been raiding heroic. Nazgrim down ! Pretty amazing, considering it's just a pug. Mostly regular returning players. But still, a pug. Many in the group are more successful with the pug than with their own guild.

Blizzard sent me an email for a free 30 days. I quit after Cataclysm and wanted to see MoP and the new starting zone. Still have no desire to come back but if there's a trial of the new one I'll at least do the starting zone.

We got him down eventually, we're working on spoils for progression. It was just super frustrating to cause multiple wipes because of a bug that's been around since forever. At the same time, I did some double blinks to save the group, once only to cause the wipe shortly after.

Such a love hate relationship.

A dormant account gets a free 2 weeks after 2 years of inactivity IIRC.

how geared is your lock? because you should have no issued even if all you have is timeless stuff

the only thing to be aware of on kale is to not have your pet out. you cant get mind controlled if its only you there. but you can with a pet
you should be able to 1-2 shot all the advisors in phase one, AOEing the weps is a joke

3rd phase when they get rezzed is a little tricky but just pick up the staff so you cant get disoriented and you should be fine, take out whichever on charges you first. the rest of the fight is a cake

for ony I can kill her before she even takes off, so not sure why you are having an issue here. you can use your pet so it should be a joke (do it on 10 man) same mount drop chance, much less HP

only old legendary im missing is the main hand warglave on my DK, have HOR and TF and the Bow on a class that cant use it

haven't bothered with the cata ones yet as I cant solo them and I only do it when im bored. Have most of the drop mounts from old things as well

Yeah I'm still doing most of the pre cata solo except haven't gotten around to trying for the arthas mount yet. Anything pre wrath is pretty easy mode but doing 25 man patch as a squishy while paying more attention to the tv can have bad results. Will probably start farming arthas once I complete the pet and/or mount runs on a couple of the others.

arthas is tough to solo on heroic with the changes they made to soul link in 5.4. also you need a healer to get past the stupid dragon
