What's the whole point of the WoD story line? This alternate reality feels like it's falling back to the original story line. Orcs drinking the blood from Gul'Dan instead of Grom.

They ran out of good story ideas and refuse to give us what people have been asking for (e.g. Emerald Dream). ...or maybe they thought we really liked Grommash? D:

I don't really think there is one outside of finding a way for us to relive a portion of warcrafts history & meet a bunch of characters a lot of people may not have known or paid attention to. Similar to what they did with Deathwing in Cataclysm. A huge portion of the wow playerbase never paid attention to who deathwing was or where he came from, so they brought a storyline surrounding him out.

yeah they've started nerfing the hell out of the garrison in general. guess that is their response to so many finding it the dominant gameplay of the expansion.

The worst part is the non tier pieces, some you buy with conquest or whatever, others are random drops in Ashran. So the mastery/crit piece that you want is a drop. In Ashran. Which you may never see due to rng and queues.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks the shipyard is a joke.

Found 25k worth of crap in my main's bank. It counteracted the gold nerf I said Blizz wasn't too stupid to implement.

Yeah, the shipyard is the "next level" for your followers where you abandon everything you did before and start new, but this time with ships!

Everything about the shipyard is clunky and boring. Tanaan Jungle isn't so bad, aside from the hills.

Wow, I've been on vacation 2 weeks and haven't yet resubbed (though I have 4 tokens in my bags). Doesn't sound like I"m going to seeing as how there hasn't been a single good thing said about the patch.

Perhaps I really should drop some cash on a XB One instead. Been toying with the idea...

Raiding is still top notch from what I have seen, all the fights are good. The new jungle zone is pretty good.

PvP still blows. Garrison is slightly worse due to the shipyard, but still makes a ton of gold/mats.

its hard, and some stuff has already been nerfed once

Normal Archi is IMO harder then Heroic Blackhand

the difficulty ramp is very real. also hard trash is back, Trash where you need a strat to kill it or itll wipe the raid

I got THE MOST BROKEN trinket off Socrethar this week.

When it procs, it keeps track of all my damage for 10 seconds, then bursts for 1.3x all that damage at the end of the proc (split amongst all targets).

When we tried the first boss on heroic I literally spiked from 130k dps on the pull to 350k once the trinket proc expired. Suddenly 50% of a 12-man raid's damage for a few seconds.

Proc rate is crazy, 1ppm.

I am really glad to see blizzard doing interesting trinkets again instead of every trinket being "static stat + proc stat".

one of our rogues got the heroic version of that, its so OP its basically broken, I expect a nerf

certain classes do not get any trinkets that are that interesting, there is a caster one that does an area AOE like that but its only really good for SPs and Mages
its crap for locks unless there are 10 targets up for a huge amount of time

the lock class trinket is pretty boring, just a %crit buff really
and its a DPS loss to use it for affliction even the mythic version

Yeah, still Enhancement. And tbh I'd be surprised if they don't nerf it too. I don't think any proc trinket has ever been worth +130% dps amplification for 18% uptime before. (10 sec duration, 1ppm)

I had it chain-proc on one pull and did 200k sustained dps for about 45 seconds straight once

Sadly, my class trinket is super BORING. I honestly haven't even looked to see if it's "better" or not yet.

I can't say i am happy or impressed with 6.2 i really dislike the daily's for apex crystals.

i'm not sure i will play long enough to beat the final boss. it's just not any fun

They built that whole zone just for dailies. And nerfed the hell out of a lot things I liked. Rather lackluster.

Lupi is correct. The apexis dailies sucked before. Now 6.2 is all SO EYE HERE U LIK APIXIZ DAYLIES, SO WE GATED APIXIZ DAYLIES BEHINDZ APIXIZ DAYLIES SO YOU CAN DO APIZIZ DAYLIES AFTER YOUR APIXIZ DAYLIES.

My typical day in Tanaan goes like this.

Go kill Orcs.
Ok, did that.
Good! Now go back there and kill them again! This time for their blood.
But I was just ther-
You want your flying don't you?
Yes b-
THEN GET BACK OUT THERE AND GET THAT ORC BLOOD.

So since this will be the last raid does anybody else get the vibe that even Blizzard knows this xpac was a flop and are going to try to move past it as fast as possible.

that's been one of the main discussion points, putting out short crappy expansions at a faster pace may meet the faster release wicket, but if lack of content has everyone hating it what exactly are you accomplishing.

I think what's more grating is that Blizzard is charging more for this expansion only to offer less content. By shipping them out faster at a higher price tag with fewer patches and content they're souring the value, but I guess improving the stock price.

Well, one thing to keep in mind is that 6.1 might not have had a major raid, but the major raid actually came out a few weeks beforehand. If Blizzard wanted to, they could've easily just sat on the raid for a few weeks and released it with 6.1. Now that everyone keeps complaining about 6.1's content, I wouldn't be surprised if they did do that in the future.
