I hated the thought of having to get the achievement for the flying but it actually went by pretty quick. I got it around 3 weeks after Tanaan opened and have had nothing to do since then. I have another level 100 but I can't bring myself to spend $5000 for the level 3 building so I can do Tanaan again. Once I have flying I may do a little more, see some areas I couldn't easily get to before and maybe level another alt who can have flying from the start.

The shame is it's perhaps the most amazing looking zone they've ever made. The artists were at the top of the game. if only the content makers were as well. In hindsight I think I would have preferred a "Draenor Dungeon Hero" type achievement in the place of achievements that called for the mind numbing bashing on cat people for hours.

Have my shipyard fully built up, got the last of my vessels to epic...and is it me or does the shipyard part of the garrison seem a total waste? You don't get much from the reward missions and all the others (which are the vast majority) provide nothing other than sucking up resources once your fleet is leveled up.

after its leveled the ONLY things worth sending ships out on are the Raid Cache mission and the blockades - so that you can do the raid cache mission

if you happen to get a gold mission you can 100% - sure do it but TBH I just ignore the place till the cache pops every 2 weeks

Anyone know of a list of all the toy/vanity rewards from the inn? Don't need anymore treasure hunting chars and the daily quest doesn't really give much, so interested in checking to make sure I got all the items from it before replacing.

I keep an eye on my shipyard for the rare stuff - boa rings, big gold rewards, the mount and pet.

So far I've gotten the str boa ring, the mount, and the pet, so all I really need is the int/agi boa rings.

I got the mount very quickly. My daughter got the pet almost immediately. Neither of us has seen the other though, and I haven't seen any of the BoAs.

The 6.2 rare follower missions don't show up unless your toon is at least 675.

The only reason I'm running it is for the heirloom rings. Got 2 so far. Even so with the time I'm spending building and rebuilding and upgrading and sending ships out twice daily I figure it'd probably save time just to ignore naval yard and level alts without those 5% xp rings. The gold is nice when you can get it, but the staggering amount of counters makes most missions more costly than rewarding.

The whole system seems very punitive. It's just grating leveling up a ship to epic, buying a fortune in all the right counters in garrison resources and send them out for the ring missions only to fail at 94% (can't swap out the crew) and lose both ships. And you can equip an item on your ships that gets destroyed instead of the ship in the event of failure, but doing so takes up one of the slots of your counters and greatly lowers your chances of success, thus increasing the chance that they'll be in risk in the first place. We run this crap because the reward we want is gated behind it. But the journey sure as hell isn't any fun getting there.

I have a random question

lvling a mage 90-100 currently. As arcane, so I can 1shot everything with 4 stacks.

Every few levels, I get a Dreanor Perk, which buffs part of my arcane spec. But what happens if I respec frost? do you learn those buffs all at once? How do you know what the buffs are for a different spec?
