I guess we were just tired Tuesday... went back in last night and destroyed Razorscale on the first attempt.

Then we wiped on Ignis for three hours. Tank was getting hit for 43K before any off the adds were up. People getting melee'd in the slag pot required a dedicated healer to keep alive. Officers too stubborn to move on to the next boss.

If we don't skip him tonight I think my internet may just have some ill-timed problems.

Haha, well I logged in last night for about 10 seconds. Didn't see a point in trying to do anything. Patches are ALWAYS like this, tis why we never scheduled raids on tuesdays because the servers would always die the day of a patch. I don't know why anybody seriuosly expects anything different. I know that blizz should get their shit in order and have everything working day of patch...but this has NEVER happaned. Don't expect otherwise, plan a nice break around patch day.

If other mmo's were smart, they would offer free playtime to everybody during wow maintanence week.

Ulduar is starting to grate me already . My guild is FAR from Sunwell form and it's driving me nuts. I think Naxx made us WORSE.

We got Robot dude down... but not before we had wipes due to baddies not GTFOing when they get Light Bomb and Gravity Bomb. Most of the loot - DE'd.

We then went to Iron Council. 2 Shot this one.. but not before we had a wipe due to people standing in shit. Yeah.. standing in shit is still a problem. Most of the loot - DE'd.

Tried Ignis - He kept hitting the dudes who got put in the melting pot. Blizzard said this is fixed.. it's not. Most guilds are skipping him atm due to this and the healing requirments being a little high.

We also had our Instance server lock up 3 times for about 40 minutes at a time. Very frustrating.

But hey.. look at all those fun guilds plowing through everything!

That was a problem for us, especially if a healer got put in the slag pot, but the main problem was the tank getting one-shot. This would happen when he didn't have any adds up. Tank is a prot warrior w/ damn near BiS T7.5 gear.

I don't pretend to understand tanking so it's frustrating / boring to wipe over and over on a fight that has dps doing nothing but watching for flame jets to stop casting.

Yes like double damage to him. We killed him after two pulls, did Iron Council with Runemaster last, the little adds he spawns when he is the only one up are kinda tough, I am glad I speced into Imp Blizz AoE spec for my second set of talents, the imp blizz helped a ton with the adds. After we downed IC we went to Kologarn and did three pulls, got him to 45% and called it a night. So far I really like Ulduar!

All I gotta say is, sigh @ Failduar. Sucks when you can't make it to the first boss because everything just locks up.

Same here... we didn't even get to the first tower on Flame Leviathan and the server just locked up. Heck, we couldn't even finish normal Nexus later on some alts because the instance server crashed... not ignoring the fact that we also had the server lock up for 5 minutes at a time and suddenly just come back.

Well, it also sucks because you can barely do anything else either . I was doing Nexus with some other alts and the instance kept locking up. This isn't your usual lag where you all come back dead... even the mobs were locked up this time. This happened twice and then during Omorokk we all just got booted. I mean, I can understand Ulduar being a little buggy, but fuck... we get screwed out of Ulduar and now I get screwed out of doing other stuff? =\

Some ability that they have makes them better DPS than other normal pets from what I recall. I'm not even sure what I wanna spec on my Hunter as I used to be BM with my pet devilsaur, Chompy

We got A Quick Shave for killing razorscale without her returning to the air a second time.

Then we spent the rest of the night wiping on Deconstructor. Never got him below 10%.

Enrage timer is just ridiculous. We were burning the hell out of the heart during every heart phase and he was still enraging at 10% with 90k raid dps. Same group of people that just speedkilled Razorscale.

we had ignus really low a couple times, sub 15% but its pure luck on RNG with people getting 1 shot because of the bug

we had 4 healers get insta gibbed in a row on 1 attempt :/

the difficulty curve seems all over the place. first boss is a total joke, the drake is lolable, we were joking that it was like Akama, we 1 shot without even paying attention to it

then there ie decon, with the voice that makes me want to kill myself and a massive DPS check

and bugmaster the furnace dude, which reminds me of twins from a healing stand point.

first few watchers are easier then the robot from what i hear

We did the first boss last night on 10 man, was cake, running the turret was real fun, moved to ignus and it was a mess, so after a couple attempts we scrapped it. Sad thing of how easy the first boss was, we even got the achievement for no stuns while killing him at the same time, I think there was a Mace and some cloth cuffs that dropped.

Now that all pets have the same damage, it's time to get rid of my cat. I like him, but the auto-cast bugs with prowl every 5 minutes are just impossible.

Like most guilds we 1-shot the first 2 bosses without even knowing what the heck to do, then the servers went down again.

AH prices are so inflated on my server now, one of my guildies (who is an AH addict) made something like 25,000g in 30 minutes (she has > 1 mil gold now I think). She was spamming trade channel wanting to buy glyph books, offering 5000g each.

I'm not sure what you mean there but - the wolf buff only applies to the wolf and the hunter (and it works for your ranged AP of course). It is no longer a group buff. It does stack with Might and other AP buffs.

How do you guys do the Exercise boss? I swear it's like a retard check version 2.0 of Solarian in KT. We tried to put 2 mages + 1 tank on each side to take care of the adds, but the mages are QQing about not having enough dps or mana to take out the scrapbots, even when the 2 hunter help w/ taking out the boombots. The 2 tanks take care of the pummelers.

we had 2 mages 3 locks 2 spriests and 2 hunters on those things, and still had some issues

they dont die fast

The Bombots deal damage to players AND NPCs.

Use them to help clear out Scrapbots.
