i placed my order some 8 days ago, and the last update on the UPS tracking site - from july 19th - is a departure scan from SAN PABLO, CA, US.
does UPS deliver on the weekends? i don't think they do, which means i won't get it till (earliest) Monday.
that is absurdly slow shipping, and knowing UPS, my CPU is probably broken to pieces by now.

No problem running 291MHz FSB @ DDR266 with 1.55Vcore. May hit 300MHz with minor tweaks. Definitely above average 3000 CPU.
My last two 3000 Winchesters had a difficult time hitting 275MHz FSB. All CPUs were tested on the Abit AX8 MB at 2.7Vdimm.
