I'm running a Winchester core Athlon 64 3200+ @ 2.5ghz with an MSI K8N neo2 platinum mobo. Now under full load from prime95 running for a while the CPU temp is pretty stable at 59C. This temp seems a bit high to me, however, the system has been running prime for almost 12 hours now with no errors. If the system turns out stable, should there be any cause for concern? I'm using a Zalman cnps-7000cu hsf and AS5 as thermal compund applied exactly according to the instructions on arcticsilver's site. My current vcore is at 1.55v and so far prime hasn't encountered an error. I have even played some games during the prime testing such as FEAR and WoW. I'm using mbm5 to monitor temps but I also downloaded the latest speedfan version just to be sure mbm isn't misreporting the temperature. Should I be worried?
