Yes, perhaps in a benchmark but for the most part it goes like this
x800 Pro > 6800 > 6600GT > 9800XT
Of which all are slower than the 16 pipe parts
Don't make the 6600GT out to be the miracle $400 performing $200 part it is not, what it will be is the undisputed midrange board until ATI can come up with something to challenge it.
