I'm about to get a bunch of money from various sources and I want to upgrade my Celery 366 which I've overclocked to 458. I figured I'd get an Athlon 1.0 gHZ or higher (probably 1.2 since it's only 9 more dollars ) but I'm a little worried about compatability issues with the Epox board (which people seem to be recommending) and the crappy stability of the other boards. My setup right now is

10 gig IBM hard drive
I plan on getting a new CPU, motherboard, and 2100 DDR memory and if possible I'd like to spend about $350 to $450. Does anyone have any recommendations based on my system and the amount of money? Also, has anyone heard anything about the SiS 735? It looks a hell of a lot better than any chipsets on the market today. Thanks
