i'm just putting this up cause i've never seen this processor this low. it's price has been going up and down for a while. wonder how low it could go.

well, i couldn't resist so i picked one up to replace my x2 3800+. i think i'll be good till a more affordable quad-core is released.

I picked up their 4400+ X2 for 156-ish AR. Should go nicely in the HP my parents want to turn into their next general purpose desktop. After these clearout prices, prices are only going to go up, same with PC3200 as more fabs switch over to exclusively DDR2 and DDR3 - so if you don't have it now - try to get 2GB of PC3200 while it's still "cheap."

i can't believe it's gone already. i swear it was on only for like 24hrs.

but the canadian site still has it for the amount i paid for it 349.99cdn$. oh well.

i bookmarked that listing about two weeks ago and keep checking it they seem to have a lot in stock and they bundle it with nice videocards and stuff. worth checking out if you're in the market.

That happened last week too. It was $299 for about 12 hours then it went back up. Luckily I got in. Simple drop in upgrade for my Opteron and no problems.
