Why spend $35.99 to cool a historically known HOT processor? Why not just use that $35.99 and buy a newer, cooler running processor? Would seem like the more logical choice than the heatsink option.
OP - I couldn't see anywhere that you listed your MOBO, so I am simply going off of the socket type your current processor is, which seems like is a typical AM2 socket. I would try to find something based off of the Brisbane core if you can find it.
AMD X2 5600 would be a decent choice:
