Heh, I had problems too. They said it'd take 6-8 weeks to get my rebate, I kept track of the rebate and they check was approved but pending shipment - for 3 months! Finally I called ATI last Friday and the very next day I got an email saying the check was sent out.

Sounds like they have a new tactic for keeping their rebates to themselves...

I just picked one of these up, I have an EVGA 6800 card with 128mb of ram and it was jerky on high resulutions since I got the dell 2405fpw, hopefully, this card will be good at high resolutions with world of warcraft, which is all I play since it has double the ram and 16 pipes, plus the tv capabilities. The 5% worked flawlessly and free budget shipping. I think this will be my last agp card, gonna have to upgrade to PCI express to do better I think.

Mine just arrived yesterday. Definitely a HUGE improvement over my old Radeon 9550. It is NOISY though compared to the old passive heat-sinked 9550.
Came with a ton of cable to plug in just about anything to it, TV, coax, radio, S-Vid, composite, etc...
Also comes with a remote control to do just about everything.
Very good deal, if I can get teh $50 upgrade rebate and $30 current rebate... even if that doesn't work out this a hot deal.

I don't want to get in trouble for thread crapping or anything, but Newegg's had this for $259 for at least a few days now. I've had one in the FS forum for weeks (before the price drop from ~300) for $275 w\a Silencer 4 and got no interest whatsoever. :disgust:

This would a decent deal for the past week or so with the $15 coupons buy.com always has.

I was about to purchase it yesterday....but I waited until after midnight before hitting the buy button, and the freaking price jumped $15 to what it is now. On the positive side, free shipping applies now, by overall it's like a $7 increase in price.

Yeah this card has been this price or lower for months now. It's wierd how people have no response to this deal and then a few months later are so excited. I'm not saying this ain't a good deal. But I just thought it was common knowledge........
