Ati / Crucial Radeon 7500 problem ?

Hey Guys ,
Ive got a Crucial 7500 (ati radeon) and today it started getting green lines all over my monitor . It runs about 10 minutes after cold start fine and then the lines show up . The lines look like 1 inch long UPC symbols . If the line shows up on a dark color (black ,etc.) the lines are purple . Like I said they look like UPC codes (like what they scan when you buy something) . If you click to the desktop they go away for a second and then start popping back up . Same goes with IE , you can minimize it and maximize it and they go away and pop back up .
Strangest thing is I did a screen capture and it has the green lines on the capture ....... I would think the lines if caused by the card would not be visible on a screen cap . I replaced the monitor with my back-up 17 incher and it does the same thing . I updated the BIOS and updated the drivers for the Radeon and nothing has helped . I called Crucial and they are RMA'n this card but Im not convinced the card is bad ........
Has anyone run into this before ? I may try to post a pic of the scrren cap ... if it helps lemme know ....

Well,
Crucial RMA'd the card a couple days after the original post BUT ....
Yesterday one of the little upc looking things popped up and stuck to my mouse . I figured it was just a error and restarted the PC . It ran fine until today when I went to watch a news video and WHAMMM the UPC shaped lines were everywhere again . They went away when I closed the movie but this I guess means my 2nd Crucial Radeon 7500 is a POS also .
Anybody have issues they have heard of about this card ? Im wondering if there is a incompatibillity with my Epox 8RDA or something . I am not running overclocked , my monitor is fine because it does the same thing with a different monitor and all my system is set to the stock settings from Epox . Ive got a XP2000 and as I said it's running stock . I never play games with this thing so if it is a issue it will take a while of just web surfing to show ....
I think I'll ask for a refund cause I don't want to RMA a video card every 2 months or so ......

What drivers are you using.
Try the Omega 3.5's

Why would the drivers suddenly "go bad" and cause the problem that a RMA fixed last time ?

Where can I get the drivers at ?
