This would be a good deal if it was a ATI OEM.

Exxxcceellent card if you're looking for a good board for a home theater pc (htpc) or a quiet pc. Its passively cooled with a good sized heat sink, yet carries all of the latest ATI video quality goodies. Considering a passively cooled 7000/7200 runs about the same price at 64MB, this is a good deal. Actually its damn hard to find passively cooled 9000's, even though the original ati units didnt have fans on them and the original ati spec was for passive cooling on the 9000's, a cheapo fan and small heat sink are less expensive than a larger highly conductive sink as on this one. Its a waste to slam a gf4 or a 9500/9700 into a machine you want to run quietly and cool unless you're a 3d gamer, in which case who gives a rats a$$, you're blasting sound out of six speakers, right?

Not sure what the comment about "ati oem" was, powercolor IS an ati oem.

This is a hot deal if what you need is good 2d quality and decent 3d capability, with quiet cooling for the price.

Tom's Hardware Massive Video Benchmarking

They Say Dualhead, but they don't provide a pic of the back. To run 2 monitors, is the needed DVI converter included?
Also Tom's chart implys that in some games and 3dmark2001, this is approx equiv to a Geforce 2 Ti 200?
