Don't forget to send in your old card! I was sick coming home from Christmas & forgot about it until yesterday. Luckily, it's 20 BUSINESS days from order date, so mine will make it in time using USPS Priority mail for $3.85

Sent in my old card (a 4mb Video card unable to do more than 800 * 600) last week and got the email telling me that my rebates will be refunded to my CC three days ago
I expect to see the $$ in my account by Tuesday atr the lasted

I was going to ask if the 9600XT would show a significant performance increase from my PNY Ti4200 64MB. I only really play UT2004 on a regular basis, but at 1024x768 the listed Ti4200 only provides 85.9 fps whereas the 9600XT performed at 103.4 fps. Of course, my PC, an epox 8RDA+ w/ 400fsb... (well, it's in my sig) offers low fps when the action gets intense, just when you really need it. I don't think the upgrade is enought, for me atleast, to invest in.
But I was sure tempted.

not hot, they received my card on jan 22nd, which was over 2 weeks ago.
i've called numerous times and each time they stated they never received the card.
i gave them the tracking # and they told me to wait a few days and call back.
fast forward to today, 5 calls later, they had the card all along but rejected my
50 dollar trade up credit because i used the 10% off coupon "so i already received
my discount."

i told them to charge me the 10% diff that i got off and refund me
50 dollars, they are having a supervisor approve it and will call me back. NOWHERE
on the ati site or in the tradeup FAQ or terms, does it say cannot be combined with any
other offers, this is lame. i guess im the only one with this problem, seems everyone else
got their rebate fine along with the 10 or 20% off coupon codes.

that's crappy - tell them you have a whole load of "friends" that did the trade in with a coupon & had no problems....

Just returned it after numerous problems a week ago. First, it freezes up after 5 min playing a game. Mine only overclocks to 505 core speed whereas the stock speed is 500.
I used the ATITOOL to find the sweet spot. Surprisingly, it downclocks my card.
The marks on chips- Yes. Mine had pen marks on chips - looked more suspicious. It might be a refurbished card. Didn't hear about anything for the $50 dollar credit, nor the notification about my return. It's kinda bad experience. I'll call probably week later, and dispute about the card.
Even playing for 5 miniutes, it does not seem to be better than my old Gainward Ti 4200.

I'm using all of them by myself.
I'm a student who is working on mostly number crunching. For example, I have 64 programs to run, and each takes about a day. As such, more computer, the better.
The problem is that I don't remember which program I run on which computer sometimes.

they know this, it was a new policy put into place after quite a few people started using
the coupon code....pretty lame to me considering they will risk losing business over
16 dollars basically :
