ATI screwed me on an RMA

I sent in my retail Radeon 8500 (275/275) in for a rma as in didn't work in 3d games. 12 days later I received a Radeon 8500LE (225/225)! I am so mad I can't stand it. What should I do? I also don't want to pay for shipping AGAIN for them being shady.

Try there. I'd say a botched RMA is classified as a complaint about customer care.

Call them up and complain, push for a advance shipment, push for overnight shipping free as well.
Have a credit card ready, or if you really wanna go for the money, have them advance ship without a secured creditcard.

Well thanks for the advice (or thanks for some of it, the rest is crap) I called them and they were all apologetic, and gave me their fedex account number to mail it back. I overnighted it to Canada From Arizona, its gonna cost them almost $40 for this, so I feel I got some sort of revenge.
