Well, the X600 is because my friend has it and he's willing to sell it "cheap" to me.
As for performance I don't really know, but since you claim "I'm not really a gamer" performance may not mean much anyway.
Those names/numbers dont tell you much except that one is a newer generation, of course the newer gerneration is going to have more features but not necessarily more performance.
The X1300 is the newest generation but the lowest performing (of that generation) while the X600 is an older generation and a step above the lowest (of that generation).
Even the above does not cover everything as there is often a suffix after some models that indicate relative performance of that paticular card to other cards that use the same chip and and naming scheme (X600
SE, X600
PRO, X600
XT).
If you really need/want to know about their performance you might have to check out some reviews, that may not be as easy as it sounds since most review sites don't test these low end cards on a regular basis.
