No. This deal REQUIRES a trade-in card whereas the other deal you mention is straight-up pricing. FYI...I ordered the X800XT AIW and received free shipping.

All-in-Wonder® X1900 256MB PCI Express® USD$199.00

All-in-Wonder? X800 XT 256MB AGP USD$129.00

All-in-Wonder® X800 XL 256MB PCI Express® USD$279.00

How come the x800xl is priced more than the x1900?

Can I trade in a really old ATI card like an ATI 7000 PCI? It's so old that it only has a tiny passive heastsink that you can leave off if you don't do anything graphicly intensive although running Windows XP would probably be intensive for it.

Looks like any video card will do.

FWIW, I was shopping around the ATI site and then had clicked back a couple times and a link to $5 off order appeared on the right hand side. I think it was a red circle or square, sorry didn't pay much attention to it, but Im sure a bit of surfing will reveal it.

I used a 5% off code when ordering a trade-up card and then read 2 promos weren't allowed. I called ATI right away and they said I'd only get a ~$42 discount rather than the full $50 since I got 5% off. They better not try and jack me around either

Is the x1900 much better than a 6800GS?
Also does the trade-in require video cards of the same interface, i.e. PCIe for PCIe?

errrggg....I'd love to get in on the AIW AGP...but don't want to sink in too much money for a dying technology...but if my computer dies anytime soon, I'm definietely going PCI-e

Anyway, bump for a pretty good deal, especially if you can sell off your old one and also send in a card to them

I called ATi. They confirmed that you can trade in any card. I'm planning to trade in my Rage 128.

If you have a card to trade in, this is a far better deal than the clearance sale.

Be careful if you buy the X800XT. I just recieved mine and there is NO UPC on the box to mail in. I called the shopATI number and the reps had no idea what to do and aren't sure if I can recieve my credit, which is total BS.

To clarify further regarding the video card you can trade in - ANY CARD will do .

Have a Voodoo 3dfx card laying around? Go for it.

Got a VESA card sitting in a shoebox? Send it in.

Any video card will do.

Did you get the X800XT AIW? And if so, did it come in a retail box? According to ATI's web-site, the "trade-up" program is supposed to include full retail products.

If I don't get a retail box with all the accessories AND a UPC, I'm going to go to the credit card company and demand a full refund. Hmmmm....I think Fed-ex tried to deliver my card yesterday but couldn't cause no one was home. I may end up refusing to accept shipment if this issue doesn't clear up ASAP.

Mine came new, in full retail packaging. The card itself is great, but the box had a window to view the card, and the UPC was a sticker on the card itself. I offered to send them in the whole box so they could see for themselves, but they told me to just send in what I had and they would note my account.

Mine came USPS btw, don't know if the wifey had to sign or not. I was really suprised by how fast it arrived.

Tradin program sucks. Very high shipping ($22 for CA) and tax for CA. No coupon allowed.

My shipping was free yesterday.

I ordered yesterday, got the free regular shipping, and it'll arrive tomorrow.

You can also use the promo code "1439" with the purchase to save you 10 bucks (120 after 50 credit back).

BTW, can you use a non-usable card to trade in? Does it have to be in working condition?
