ATM Fees question

In Wisconsin, the independent local banks and Credit Unions have a program that allows you to withdraw money for free from any ATM that has the green Cash Access logo if you belong to any of the banks in that group. I've yet to go anywhere in WI where I can't find one.

BTW-Walmart is now charging fees for using your Debit card as a debit and if you belong to a bank like Wells Fargo, you will get hit with their fee, too.

Yeah USAA is great But before I qualified as a member there, I banked with Compass Bank. They have the same policy of not charging atm fees and will reimburse you if you use another bank's atm. Difference between USAA and Compass, you had to send the receipt back to Compass for the reimbursement. USAA does it automatically.
