This is model 15-2107. It controlls 8 different components. Has a learning mode as well as an extensive code list of covered remotes. Nice large well backlit display. Normally, sells for $99. It is an excellent remote at that price, but I bought two at the price of $29.95. I confirmed it is the same price at another Radioshack store in my area (Florida.)

Its a remote contoll, infra red, that controlls up to 8 different components. For example TV, Stereo, CD, DVD, TiVo, VCR, Tape deck etc. Macros are a series of commands that you can program at the touch of a buttom. For example, turn on tv, stereo, dvd player, start dvd player switch tv to proper mode. This remote features a touch screen that changes based on the function you have selected. Go to Radioshacks website and type in 15-2107 in the search box. Or go to www.remotecentral.com and do a search for the model number, you'll get a picture of the remote and some reviews for it. These reviews were based on an after rebate price of $69. The price I paid was no rebate, no price match.

Confirmed.

Called the Radio Shack at (919 S W 5th Ave Portland, OR 97204 503-224-1716) gave them SKU 15-2107.

They have 3 on clearance at $29.97 each.

Unless this works with my ReplayTV 3060, I won't be buying one.

RS is incredibly unorganized so please do them and yourself a huge favor, write down the SKU 15-2107 and bring it with you otherwise you'll be there all day long.

RossMAN, this has a learning mode, as long as you have your current replay remote, you can use it to teach the radio shack remote.

I'd like one, but no time to drive to the Shack today

I got this last week at Radio Shack. Still deciding whether I'll keep it or not. I also bought the 15-2104 for $9.99. The clincher is I had to exchange the 15-2104 since the backlight was broken. The sales clerk brought out a 15-1994 and a 15-2104. I exchanged my 15-2104 and then asked if I could buy the 15-1994. She looked it up and said it wasn't for sale. I went back later in the day, different sales clerk who promptly sold me the 15-1994 for 95 cents!

Still trying to determine which remote(s) to keep. Any feedback from current users?

Thanks, I checked all but 5 of the categories and saw no mention of ReplayTV.

I might still buy this and try out the LEARN function to see if it can copy my ReplayTV's commands.

i checked every store in my area, and found only 2 left. one guy had just bought 2 from one store. i wonder if he was from here. (in garner, nc) i've got 2 on hold, but will have to drive a bit for both. worth it though, i've been looking for these. GREAT POST!!!!
