It tracks by IP. I use mobile broadband so getting new IPs is very easy, just time consuming.

I just added another 20 votes. 1471 now. I'll add some more later. Remember 1510 is the goal right now. I think we'll be safe if we hit that.

I'm using wireless on my laptop and the VPN connection on my work PC. As lax as our network security is around here (my bosses still have no idea who installed the router we use for wireless down here. I told them SWIM did it.) I don't think I'll muck with the IP settings.

I couldn't get the vote to go through with my iPhone. It wouldn't let me do the CAPCHA.
