Yeah; sucks.

I saw some magazine ad for Polk/MOMO audio components featuring some Si that a chick fixed up. She did a JDM B16 swap. I was like, wtf. Talk about a total waste of money. I think the JDM engine only has 10 or 15 more hp then the US one.

I'd really like to, but I'm not going to stress a high mileage block like that.
I don't haver the time or money these days to do an h series swap or rebuild the f22....
It runs great, though, it's in excellent shape. I just don't want to push it too far.

And yeah, don't feel bad 'bitch. I'm jealous of Neuro's HIDs as well If its any consolation he paid to have his converted and he wouldn't tell me how badly his wallet hurt Check out this site They do custom retrofits. Not sure on cost tho.

NB - ahh ok. I know there's a few kits where you can retrofit the ballasts in there, and supposedly doesn't require cracking open the headlight via baking in the oven, but I'm just not entirely sure I want to ghetto rig the ballast - I think I'd rather wait for a full kit

Viper GTS Alarm

before the TL, had a 1999 Prelude with the same audio system (except door speakers, had JBL 6 x 9 's on the rear deck)...

Ahh ok. Might want to add a 04 Acura TL Type-S 20mm rear sway bar - everyone over at V6p.net has that or the Comptech and says it makes the Accord 100x more fun to drive and makes the handling the way it should have been from factory. Mine got in yesterday so I'm gonna put it on this weekend. Only about $55 shipped out. (You're also screwed more in the handling department than us 4 bangers - the V6 has a 13mm rear sway compared to the 14mm on the I4's)

Either save a little more, get a used one or get the TSX. Don't over extend yourself over a car.

TL is only about $5K more for the same stuff. That's like $15 a month extra in payments.

I don't think you'd be sorry if you got the TL. There's a bunch of people on the TSX forums who wish they had waited another year and gotten the TL. Not to say the TSX is a bad car because it's not in the least bit - for a small amount more you get a faster, overall better car.
