I can't really relate to any of your points, except for #3. When it comes down to it, being in your late 20s and 30s is still young. I guess my only real complaint, being in my early 30s, is that I don't bounce back as easily from a night of drinking and get injured more easily when goofing around. But really, those are minor annoyances. Life is good!

I was going to retort something about how mid to late 20's is barely out of puberty of life considering you only had 5-10 years of making your own choices, but I started thinking about the community of an internet forum and the general demographics and realized that mid to late 20's might be old for the general populace of ATOTers.

Whoa....a dug sighting!!

Youse kids...just wait. One of these days, you're gonna wake up and somehow, you're 50...it'll happen faster than you think...I guarantee it.
While your 20's and 30's will seem like it was just last week...your hair will be gray, your kids will have kids of their own...and yes, those kids will be calling you "grandpa" or some variation.
Just blink and your youth is gone.

Now, have a nice day.

Item 1: You simply have more money than you did in school. As the you have more money its value drops relative to the value of your time. Basically, if you buy something and it doesn't work out, you'll go buy something else. The process is more expensive in terms of money but cheaper in terms of time. It is the same reason people pay other people to do stuff for them that they are perfectly capable of doing themselves. Time is more valuable than money once you have enough money.

At the age of 42, I have to wholeheartedly agree with this.

I saw the Trans-Siberian Orchestra live the other night and watched Georgia Napolitano perform...then found out she was 18.

I then felt old and unaccomplished.

Yeah, 30 was no big deal for me. It was for my wife though.

40 was tough for me...I dreaded turning 40.

BTW-Happy Birthday!

Bah. I celebrated my 40th this past July while climbing glaciers on a volcano. It just keeps getting better every year.

getting there but people from HS and college say I look exactly the same. And a few of my friends from HS literally have not changed. The ones that exercise at least. A few of us surf, play tennis, golf, run only drink socially once in awhile, never smoke and we look very much the same. The ones who smoke and don't exercise look about 10 years older than they should, that's the 2 major commonalities.

I definitely have more anxiety as an adult, but other than that, I'm still just as if not more physically fit (obviously my joints aren't as great)

20's - 30's I assume is very stressful for most people compared to other portions of your life because you are usually in the process of farming everything hard core and you don't have the security blanket of noob-territory and you also aren't maxed out on all your levels so you can't run around and do whatever you want.
