Crazy at work tonight. Lot of DMS10 issues, and microwave issues. What makes it worse is we were never really given proper training on DMS10's, I barely know any of the commands and this is not like Linux where there's a nice help menu and you can google stuff. Pain in the butt. Their ticketing system for those is crap too, so it will suck if I can't clear any of this and end up having to ticket it. It's like a half hour ordeal just to make one ticket.
