These two are actually my daughter's, but so far it looks like I inherited them. We've had a bit of a rocky start, but we're getting used to each other mostly. They're both flakes. They were barn kittens, and they have very feral tendencies. When I get home, instead of greeting me, they say "Holy Shit, he's home!" and run under the sofa and hide. They come out after a bit, and are kinda affectionate. especially the boy, but they're always a little skittish. I'm hoping they grow out of that eventually. I'll probably get them broken in, and my daughter will want them back :^/

It's been over 10 years now. But I took in a feral cat that used to be horny a lot. She'd put her butt up a lot and move her legs like she was on a treadmill. This all sucks when you're trying to sleep and she's making all sorts of weird noises.

Epyc will be crazy. Will be completely out of the league for home DIYers who want to build servers though price wise. TBH my next server builds are probably just going to be desktop chips anyway, the performance is so good, and losing out on ECC is a small price to pay for the money savings of sticking to desktop platform. It's also easier to buy desktop stuff. Not a lot of server stuff available to consumers especially now that Tigerdirect is gone. I'd like to do a 3 node Proxmox cluster with some Ryzen chips and like 32GB of ram each. Can go up to 128GB on most desktop boards now too if I want to upgrade later. More than enough for me.

I'm sure even that will be crazy expensive especially with the shipping, not everyone has the luxery of having people that can get it for them and smuggle it through the border. I sometimes look at off lease servers on ebay but the shipping just makes it not worth it. It's sometimes more than the price of the server itself.

If you ran Linux you would not need to worry about licensing.
